How minutes work

  • We measure AI voice minutes, not calls, because every call is a different length.
  • You'll get an alert at 80% of your allowance and a heads-up before you reach it.
  • Extra minutes are C$0.65 each. Larger overages need your approval, so there are no surprise bills.
  • Unused minutes don't roll over to the next month.
  • Regularly going over? We'll suggest the plan that fits.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes — a one-time fee of C$299 for Starter, C$599 for Growth or C$999 for Scale; Custom is scoped individually. Our first 10 founding clients pay half: C$149, C$299 or C$499. It covers designing your call flows, configuring your AI receptionist, connecting your calendar or other tools, and testing everything before launch. After that, you only pay the monthly plan.

Which plan is right for me?

If you mainly need calls answered and details captured, start with Starter. If you want appointments booked, leads qualified and calls transferred, Growth is what we recommend for most service businesses. Scale adds CRM integration, automated follow-ups and advanced routing for higher call volumes. We'll recommend a plan on your demo.

What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes?

We'll alert you at 80% of your allowance and again before you reach it. Extra minutes are C$0.65 each, larger overages need your approval, and if you regularly go over we'll suggest a plan that fits better. Unused minutes don't roll over.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and before applicable taxes.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses go live quickly: Starter in 3–5 business days, Growth in 5–10 business days and Scale in 2–3 weeks. Custom builds are scoped on your demo. Timing depends on how many systems we connect and how quickly we get your business details.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. The one-time setup fee covers building and launching your receptionist.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. As your business changes, we can move you to the plan that fits.
